About the Role
Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Plant Supervisor to lead their production team in Newcastle upon Tyne . This role is crucial for maintaining operational efficiency and ensuring that production targets are met without compromising on safety or quality. You will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of manufacturing processes, providing guidance to line operators, and troubleshooting issues as they arise. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily plant operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.

- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime.

Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a manufacturing or production setting.
- Solid knowledge of manufacturing processes, machinery, and safety regulations relevant to the UK industry .
