We're looking for reliable, hardworking and motivated Plastic Pack Wash Operatives to join a well-established and leading free-range and organic egg producer based in Lacock, Wiltshire. If you have experience in warehouse, cleaning, hygiene or food production, this could be a great opportunity to join a supportive team with a fantastic 4 On / 4 Off shift pattern. What You'll Be Doing As a Plastic Pack Wash Operative, you'll play an important role in keeping equipment and production areas clean, safe and ready for use. Your responsibilities will include: Cleaning and washing company plastics, including trays, machinery and tools.

• Ensuring all equipment is cleaned to the required hygiene and food safety standards.
• Working as part of a team and completing tasks safely and efficiently.
• Operating machinery only after receiving the correct training.
• Following all company hygiene, food safety and operational procedures.
• Wearing the correct PPE and checking that it is clean and in good condition.
• Following safe manual handling techniques at all times.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Supporting the company's health & safety culture and looking out for colleagues.
• Treating everyone with dignity and respect. What We're Looking For We're looking for people with a positive attitude and strong work ethic who are ready to get stuck in and become part of the team. Essential:
• Previous warehouse experience
• Previous cleaning or hygiene experience
• Good attention to detail.
• Reliable and hardworking.
• Able to follow instructions and company procedures.
• Comfortable working as part of a team.
• Willing to learn and develop new skills. Advantageous, But Not Essential:
• Level 2 Food Safety qualification.
• HACCP knowledge or experience.
