Platform-First BI Engineer (Azure Databricks)

Neilson Financial Services is seeking a Staff Full-Stack BI Engineer to design platform-first data products beyond dashboards. You’ll lead the shift to a cloud-native lakehouse on Azure Databricks, establish Python-first standards, and ensure secure, governed BI across regions.

You’ll own complex data products, align KPIs with business goals, and mentor engineers while collaborating with Sales/Ops and regional leads. Hybrid work in Windsor region with strong impact across analytics.
