Plumber / Wet Worker Required - Social Housing
Location: Cambridge
Salary: Up to £35,360 per annum + Van and Fuel Card
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent
We are currently seeking an experienced Plumber / Wet Worker to join a reputable team within the social housing sector. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Plumber and Wet Worker who takes pride in delivering high-quality repairs, maintenance, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out all aspects of domestic plumbing repairs and maintenance.
- Working on hot water cylinders, immersion heaters, and associated pipework.
- Powerflushing radiators and heating systems.
- Completing wet worker duties on heating systems, including radiator replacements and pipework alterations.
- Diagnosing and repairing leaks, blockages, and faulty plumbing installations.
- Installing and repairing taps, toilets, sinks, baths, and showers.
- Delivering high-quality plumber and wet worker services within occupied social housing properties.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Plumber, Wet Worker, or in a similar maintenance role.
- Experience with cylinders, heating systems, radiator works, and Powerflushing.
- Previous social housing, maintenance, or domestic plumbing experience.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
- Strong customer-focused attitude.
- Clean DBS.
