This Plumber role offers consistent work carrying out reactive maintenance and day-to-day repairs across domestic properties in Solihull.
Youll be working for a major housing association in the Solihull area, known for providing long-term opportunities and a strong team environment. Youll be carrying out essential repairs for residents while receiving stability and consistent work in your role as a Plumber .
I would love to see CVs from anyone who has worked as a Plumber , Maintenance Plumber, Plumbing Engineer or in a similar property maintenance role.
As a Plumber you will be:

• Carrying out reactive plumbing maintenance
• Completing day-to-day repairs across social housing properties
• Diagnosing plumbing faults and completing appropriate repairs
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a good standard
• Travelling between properties throughout the working day

• Previous plumbing and maintenance experience
• Experience carrying out reactive or day-to-day repairs
• Experience working within social housing or domestic properties
• A full UK driving licence
• Availability to start immediately

Location & travel
Based in Solihull, youll be travelling between housing association properties throughout the working day using the company vehicle. Solihull offers excellent access across the West Midlands via the M42, A34 and A45.
