The successful candidate will carry out a wide range of plumbing repairs and maintenance tasks, ensuring all water systems, fixtures, and pipework remain safe, functional, and compliant.

They will respond promptly to reactive issues, complete planned preventative checks, support emergency call-outs, and maintain accurate records of all work completed. They will work professionally within a secure environment, follow strict safety and tool-control procedures, and collaborate effectively with the wider maintenance team to keep essential facilities operating smoothly.
