The Role

• Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with PMLD
• Support pupils with complex physical, sensory, medical, and communication needs
• Assist with personal care, feeding, and mobility (training provided where required)
• Support communication using AAC, PECS, symbols, and sensory-based approaches
• Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, therapists, and medical professionals
• Follow EHCP targets and personalised learning plans
• Promote dignity, independence, and wellbeing at all times
