Police Site Refurbishment Lead (SC Cleared)

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a experienced Site Manager to oversee refurbishment and fit-out works on a Metropolitan Police site in Romford. You will manage day-to-day site operations, coordinate subcontractors and trades, and ensure safety, quality and programme delivery.

Essential requirements include Metropolitan Police security clearance (SC/CTC/PBS), SMSTS, and a CSCS Site Manager/Supervisor card. Procore is desirable.
