Polish-Speaking CSM for AI Claims Growth (EMEA)

Tractable is seeking a Customer Success Manager to work with our insurance customers in EMEA, chiefly in Poland, ensuring business value from our AI and driving renewals and growth. You’ll own post-sales lifecycle for your portfolio and travel regularly, including to Poland.

The role is a fixed-term contract of 12-18 months. You’ll manage accounts from early on and partner with product, AI research and delivery teams to expand impact.
