Job Description
Do you have experience delivering on board ETCS technology or rolling stock modification programmes? Are you ready to lead a nationally significant passenger rail transformation programme? Contract: 12 months Location: King's Cross - three days per week onsite IR35: Inside IR35 Rate: £500 - £527 Umbrella We are recruiting a Lead Portfolio Manager to oversee projects delivering ETCS fitment and upgrades across the national passenger train fleet.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and oversee ETCS onboard fitment projects.
- Implement the passenger fleet deployment strategy.
- Align fleet plans, operator readiness and deployment milestones.
- Manage governance, risks, dependencies and approvals.
- Coordinate engineering, operational and programme stakeholders. Essential Experience
- Delivery of onboard ETCS or digital railway technology.
- Rolling stock modification programme experience.
- Strong project engineering and portfolio delivery experience.
- Experience working in complex, regulated environments
