Join our Halcon Team, part of the Somerset Care Group, in Taunton. Our tailored service provides support to people with physical disabilities.

To apply for this role, you will need to ensure you have:

• A Full UK Driving Licence and be happy to drive a larger vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK (unfortunately we are not able to offer sponsorship).
• Level 2 Qualification in Health and Social Care
• Previous experience of working in a care environment, particularly a challenging environment

A Positive Behaviour Support Worker is such an essential role and involves:

• Positive Behavioural Support Workers do more than a job, they change a life. You would be part of a team that provides high quality, person-centred care, tailored to the needs of each individual.
• You’ll be working from care plans, supporting with day to day living tasks such as personal care, housekeeping, to emotional support, social interactions or accompanying those we support attend their appointments.
