Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Post Completions Administrator to join our friendly Secured Lending & Repossession Sales team. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the fee earners in the department.
Key Responsibilities- Answering and fielding client calls
- Dealing with Land Registry applications and requisitions
- Copying and scanning as needed
- Carrying out the post run
- Previous experience within a post completions role is highly desired
- Excellent client care and administrative skills are required
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Professional attitude
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be proactive when needed
- Ability to thrive in an extremely fast-paced working environment
