About the Role

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and physically fit Post-Construction Cleaner to prepare newly built or renovated properties for occupancy in Nottingham . This specialized role involves removing construction debris, dust, and residue, ensuring that the property is immaculate and ready for clients or residents. You will work closely with construction teams and property managers to deliver a high-quality finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of interior and exterior construction sites, removing dust, paint, plaster, and debris.
• Clean all surfaces including floors, walls, windows, fixtures, and cabinetry.
• Scrape and remove paint specks, tape, and excess adhesives from surfaces.
• Polish and clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces to a streak-free shine.
• Sanitize bathrooms and kitchens, including appliances, countertops, and fixtures.
• Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to the high standards required before property handover in Nottingham .

Requirements

• Previous experience in post-construction cleaning or a similar intensive cleaning role.
• Ability to operate various cleaning equipment, including buffers and pressure washers if required.
• Familiarity with cleaning agents and techniques for removing construction-related grime.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to perform demanding manual labor.
