What Will You Do?

As a Conversion Rate Optimisation Manager at JPMorgan Chase, you will utilise analytical tools and research to construct evidence‑based hypotheses for testing. You will collaborate with the Head of Growth Marketing to plan, deploy, and analyze experimental changes to the website and app store aimed at improving customer conversion rates. Additionally, you will own and manage a prioritised roadmap of experimentation which is regularly communicated to the business.
