Supervising and leading a team on the powder coating line Estimating powder usage and managing stock accordingly Communicating and coordinating with other supervisors to keep production on track Carrying out hands-on powder coating work yourself when needed Performing hands-on maintenance to keep equipment running efficiently Maintaining quality and output standards across the team As a Powder Coating Supervisor, your experience will include:
