The role

You'll lead the team, ensuring production targets, quality standards and health & safety requirements are achieved. Key responsibilities include:

Leading and motivating the team Planning workloads and meeting production deadlines Overseeing pre-treatment, powder coating, curing and inspection Monitoring quality, material usage and equipment performance Driving continuous improvement and reducing waste Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, COSHH and Health & Safety procedures Training and developing team members

About you

Previous experience in powder coating, paint line or surface finishing Experience leading a team within a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of powder coating processes and quality standards Ability to read technical drawings and specifications Understanding of Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement techniques is advantageous Excellent communication and leadership skillsIf you have the relevant experience, we'd love to hear from you.
