Key Responsibilities

• Perform power system analysis, including load flow, short-circuit, stability, and protection studies.
• Design and specify high-voltage electrical equipment, substations, and transmission/distribution networks.
• Develop protection schemes and coordination studies for power systems to ensure safety and reliability.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate new infrastructure and upgrade existing power systems.
• Ensure compliance with national grid codes, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for power system operational issues.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Power Systems.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in the analysis and design of electrical power systems.
• Proficiency with power system analysis software (e.g., PSS/E, ETAP, DigSilent PowerFactory).
• Strong understanding of grid codes, power system protection principles, and electrical equipment.
• Experience in project management and technical report writing.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
