Key Responsibilities
- Design and analyze electrical power systems , including generation, transmission, and distribution networks.
- Perform load flow, fault analysis, and stability studies using specialized software.
- Develop specifications for power system equipment, such as transformers, switchgear, and generators.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations for power system design.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project development and implementation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to power system operation .
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in power system design and analysis.
- Proficiency with power system simulation software (e.g., PSS/E, ETAP, DIgSILENT PowerFactory).
- Strong understanding of grid codes and power system stability concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Familiarity with renewable energy integration is a plus.
