PR Account Executive

About the Role

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and organised PR Account Executive to join their vibrant agency in Liverpool . This role is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to gain hands-on experience across a variety of client accounts within the media and PR sector. You will support the senior team in executing PR campaigns, building media relationships, and managing client communications, utilising a hybrid work model to foster both team collaboration and individual focus.

Key Responsibilities

• Support account managers in the day-to-day running of client PR campaigns.
• Pitch stories to media contacts and build relationships with journalists and influencers.
• Draft press releases, media alerts, and client reports.
• Monitor media coverage and compile coverage reports for clients.
• Assist in organising client events and press conferences.
• Conduct research on media trends and potential new business opportunities.

  Requirements
• Previous experience in a PR agency or in-house communications role is preferred.
• A degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• A keen interest in the media and PR industry.
• Proficiency in using social media platforms for professional purposes.
