PR Account Manager

About the Role

Our client is seeking a motivated and client-focused PR Account Manager to join their agency in Norwich . This role is responsible for managing client accounts, developing and implementing PR strategies, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and results. You will be a key liaison between the agency and clients, driving successful PR outcomes and contributing to the growth of the business within the Norfolk region.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day PR activities for assigned client accounts.
• Develop and execute strategic PR plans aligned with client objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
• Oversee media outreach, press release distribution, and content creation.
• Monitor campaign progress, measure results, and provide regular client reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated communication solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management within a PR agency.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver successful PR campaigns.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
• Familiarity with PR tools and reporting software.
