PR & Communications Officer

About the Role

Our client is seeking a dynamic and skilled PR & Communications Officer to join their team in Belfast . This role is central to managing the company's public image and ensuring clear, consistent communication across all platforms. You will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing media relations, and supporting strategic communication initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective communication strategies and campaigns.
• Write and distribute press releases, newsletters, and other communication materials.
• Manage and nurture relationships with media contacts, responding to inquiries promptly.
• Monitor media coverage and conduct analysis of PR campaign effectiveness.
• Assist in the planning and execution of corporate events and press conferences.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency in all communications.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Public Relations or Communications role.
• Proven ability to craft compelling narratives and communicate complex information clearly.
• Strong understanding of media relations, both traditional and digital.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency in using communication and PR software tools.
• A degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field is preferred for this role in Belfast .
