Practice Development Lead, Social Care Academy

London Borough of Lambeth is seeking a Practice Development Lead to join the Social Care Academy. You will work with senior managers to drive practice improvement, embed Signs of Safety, and develop frontline teams toward higher standards and safer outcomes for children and families.

This role combines leadership, coaching, and quality assurance to support learning, reflective practice, and continuous service development across Lambeth’s Children’s Services.
