Pre-Construction Facades Lead – Cladding & EWI

Regen Solutions in Baildon is seeking a Pre-Construction Manager to lead the front-end delivery of façade, cladding remediation and EWI schemes. You will ensure projects are technically compliant, commercially robust, and ready for safe site mobilisation.

The role bridges design, commercial and operational functions, coordinating cross-disciplinary teams to secure and de-risk projects before construction commences.
