Pre-Construction Lead – Refurb & High-Rise Projects

United Living Group is seeking a highly experienced Pre‑Construction Manager to lead all facets of the pre‑construction phase from our offices in the Midlands/Greater Manchester area. You will steer design coordination, value engineering, risk management and early procurement to ensure projects are set up for success.

The role requires refurbishment, retrofit and high‑rise experience, with strong knowledge of fire safety regulations and Building Safety Act 2022.
