Our client is a leading international Design & Build contractor operating across 10+ countries, delivering complex projects within the Pharmaceutical, Data Centre, High Technology and Industrial sectors. Working from their Newcastle office, you'll become a key member of the Bid & Pre-Construction team, helping secure some of the UK's most technically demanding projects.

Your role Reporting into both the Estimating Director and Operations Director, you'll work across estimating, planning, technical, QHSE and MEP teams to ensure every bid is commercially robust and operationally achievable. You'll be asking the questions that matter.
• Is the programme realistic?
• Is the procurement strategy aligned?
• Have buildability risks been challenged?
• Can the design be improved?
• Is there a smarter or safer way to deliver the project? You'll work closely with clients throughout the bid process, presenting solutions rather than simply pricing drawings.
