Pre-Construction Project Officer – Housing Refurb & Procurement

Harlow District Council is seeking a proactive Pre-Construction Project Officer to support the delivery of its housing planned works programme, based on site 2–3 days per week, in a fast-moving procurement environment. You will work within the Procurement Team to coordinate procurement lifecycles, prepare tender briefs, and ensure compliant, transparent processes for occupied council homes.

Experience in administration, coordination or public sector procurement is valued, with strong IT skills
