Pre-Litigation Claims Handler (NIHL/HAVS)

Davies is seeking a Pre Litigation File Handler in Bolton to manage a caseload of up to 250 pre-litigated files across NIHL and HAVS claims. You will open files, compile initial letters, conduct searches, and maintain timely progress to meet KPIs and SLAs.

The role requires strong MS Office skills, experience with a case/claims management system, and the ability to work independently while coordinating with brokers and solicitors. 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, in our Bolton office.
