Pre-School Room Leader

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Pre-School Room Leader to lead the day-to-day provision within the pre-school room. The successful candidate will support children's learning and development, lead the room team, and help maintain high standards of care, education, and safeguarding.

This role offers a supportive working environment with excellent staff benefits. The setting is located in a rural area, and while on-site parking is available, candidates are recommended to be drivers.

Working pattern: 4 or 4.5 days per week

Holiday: 30 days

Sick leave: 5 days

Breaks: 45-minute lunch break and 15-minute break
