Pre-Service Coordinator: Patient Access & Eligibility

Legacy Behavioral Health provides support in ten GA counties and is seeking a Pre-Service Coordinator to guide consumers through the pre-access process, schedule appointments, and pre-register patients. You will verify insurance and eligibility, update patient records, and inform on payment requirements to expedite services.

The role also handles calls, referrals, eligibility checks, and Medicare/Medicaid questionnaires. Strong EMR knowledge and a GA driver's license are required.
