Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage precision agriculture systems , including GPS guidance, variable rate application, and yield monitoring.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets from farm operations to provide actionable insights.
• Operate and maintain sophisticated agricultural technology equipment, including drones and sensors.
• Develop customized farm management plans based on data analysis and precision techniques.
• Provide training and support to farm staff on the use of precision agriculture tools and software.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Precision Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, Agronomy, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the application and management of precision agriculture technologies.
• Proficiency with GIS software, data analysis tools , and farm management information systems.
• Experience with drone operation for agricultural mapping and monitoring.
• Strong understanding of soil science, crop physiology, and agronomic principles.
• Excellent technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
