Premium Auto Aftersales Advisor – Service Journeys

LSH Auto in the UK premium automotive retail group is seeking an Aftersales Executive for Mercedes Benz to deliver a smooth service journey from first enquiry to completion, building trust and maintaining clear communication across customer-facing and workshop teams.

You will coordinate bookings, monitor repair progress, and support upselling of service plans and parts. The role is based in Macclesfield, runs around 45 hours per week, with an OTE of £45,000.
