About the Role

Our client is seeking a qualified and dedicated Preschool Teacher to lead their preschool program in Glasgow . This role involves creating and delivering an enriching educational curriculum for children aged 3-5, focusing on fostering their early literacy, numeracy, and social skills. You will be responsible for guiding children through play-based learning experiences, managing a classroom environment, and communicating effectively with parents about their child's progress and development. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate a comprehensive preschool curriculum aligned with educational standards.
• Create a stimulating and safe learning environment that encourages curiosity and exploration.
• Plan and lead engaging lessons and activities, including circle time, story time, and creative arts.
• Observe and assess children's learning and development, maintaining progress records and portfolios.

Requirements

• Recognised teaching qualification (e.g., GTCS registration or equivalent).
• Experience in teaching or working within a preschool or early years setting.
• Strong understanding of child development and learning theories.

• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
