Preventative Maintenance Engineer
Telford, Shropshire.
Competitive Salary + paid overtime + Pension + Life Assurance (x2) + Healthcar
Monday - Thursday (8am – 4.30pm) / Friday (8am – 4.00pm)
As a result of consistent orders and demand for their products, a long established, globally recognised, multi-site manufacturing company has a requirement for a Maintenance Engineer to join their PPM Team.
This role purely focuses on planned preventative maintenance and would suit an engineer looking for a challenging, team focused role where they know what they are coming into on a daily basis. As the role is planned in nature, this would suit an organised and systematic mechanical engineer who enjoys working within a structured team environment.
Role Description
* Planned Preventative Maintenance on production line machinery.
* Fault Finding and repair activities.
* Stripping down of machinery and installing new machinery.
* Keeping H&S at the forefront when all work is conducted.
* Working within a team of PPM Engineers.
* Reporting into the Engineering Supervisor.
Skills and Qualifications
* Maintenance Engineer experience (Mech or Elec Biased).
* Formal Mechanical or Electrical Qualifications (Level 3+).
* Experience of performing Planned Preventative Maintenance.
* Experience of working within a manufacturing environment.
* Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
