Pricing Strategy Leader – Retention & Growth

RAC is seeking a Head of Pricing to lead the consumer retention pricing strategy and shape broader pricing capability. This senior role reports to the Director of Pricing & Value and requires influencing executives, managing stakeholders, and driving profitability while minimising churn.

The position is hybrid and offers exposure to Board-level audiences, with responsibility for governance, risk management and pricing excellence across a large member base.
