Primary Care Clinical Pharmacist – West Lothian

NHS Scotland is recruiting a Specialist Clinical Pharmacist - Primary Care Pharmacist for West Lothian HSCP. The role is a 36 hour (1 WTE) or 18 hour (0.5 WTE) AFC Band 7 Pharmacist post within a forward-looking transformation programme across General Practices and a Pharmacotherapy Hub.

You will work within NHS Lothian services, delivering patient-centred pharmaceutical care, leading on education and development, and partnering with the wider multidisciplinary team to drive improvements.
