Job Description Summary

MUSC Health is seeking a full‑time BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join a well‑established primary care clinic in Elgin, SC. The physician will join a dynamic team of 3 physicians and 2 advanced practice providers. This is an opportunity to build a rewarding career within a well‑known academic health system while also positively impacting rural healthcare access.

Position Details

• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• 100% Outpatient
• Monday‑Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (½ day per week)
• 20‑25 patients per day, on average
• Lab and X‑ray onsite
• Dedicated Certified Medical Assistant
