Primary Cover Supervisor – Salford
Are you confident leading a primary classroom and passionate about helping children learn?
We are looking for an enthusiastic Primary Cover Supervisor to work across a welcoming primary school in Salford. You will deliver pre-planned lessons, manage classroom behaviour and ensure pupils remain engaged while their usual teacher is absent.
The role
Delivering pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 ✏️ Supporting pupils with their learning ⭐ Creating a positive and productive classroom environment Working closely with teachers and support staff Gaining valuable experience across different year groups
The ideal candidate will have:
✅ Experience working with primary-aged children ✅ Confidence managing a classroom independently ✅ Strong communication and behaviour-management skills ✅ A flexible, reliable and positive approach ✅ A genuine passion for supporting children’s education
This position would suit an experienced Teaching Assistant, HLTA, Cover Supervisor or aspiring teacher looking to develop their classroom experience.
