Primary Level 3 Teaching Assistant — Support & SEND Advocate

Milk Education is recruiting Level 3 Teaching Assistants for Primary Schools across Durham, Teesside, and surrounding areas starting September 2026. The roles are long-term, full-time, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate, and offer a supportive environment with experienced consultants.

You will support teachers in EYFS to KS2, run small-group and 1:1 interventions, and help create an engaging, inclusive classroom that enables every child to succeed, including pupils
