We're looking for a QTS-qualified Primary Tutor to work with children across the BCP area, providing tailored 1:1 tuition on behalf of Local Authorities.

Many of the learners we support require alternative educational provision due to SEND, anxiety, school avoidance, medical needs, or other barriers to learning. As a Primary Tutor, you'll help pupils build confidence, develop core skills, and re-engage with education through a personalised approach that meets their individual needs.

This is an excellent opportunity for qualified teachers looking for a flexible role where they can focus on making a meaningful impact with each learner.

Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Minimum 6 months' experience in an educational setting Experience teaching or supporting primary-aged pupils Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum Ability to plan and deliver engaging, personalised lessons Experience supporting pupils with SEND, EHCPs, or additional needs is desirable Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Patient, adaptable, and nurturing approach Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one Driver preferred; alternatively, willingness to travel locally across the BCP area
