Primary Recruitment Consultant - Teaching Sector

Prospero Teaching is looking for an ambitious, motivated and personable Primary Recruitment Consultant to join our growing recruitment team.

The Role

As a Primary Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for developing relationships with primary schools and education professionals, understanding their staffing requirements and successfully matching candidates with suitable opportunities.

Your responsibilities will include:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with primary schools Recruiting teachers and support staff for primary education settings Sourcing, interviewing and registering suitable candidates Managing your own candidate and client database Developing new business opportunities and growing existing accounts Matching candidates to suitable vacancies Managing the recruitment process from initial contact through to placement Providing excellent customer service to both schools and candidates Working towards individual and team targets

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

Confident, friendly and professional Highly motivated and driven to succeed A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills Comfortable working towards targets Organised and able to manage multiple priorities Resilient and able to work in a fast-paced environment Commercially minded with a strong desire to develop Passionate about building long-term professional relationshipsPrevious recruitment or sales experience is desirable but not essential - personality, ambition and the right attitude are equally important.
