Aspire People are recruiting for a committed and enthusiastic Primary Teacher (QTS) to join a welcoming primary school in the Blaenau Gwent area from September 2026.

This is an excellent opportunity for both NQTs/ECTs and experienced teachers looking to join a supportive school environment focused on high-quality teaching and pupil progress.

The Role:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons across the primary curriculum
• Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment
• Track and support pupil progress effectively
• Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and leadership
• Contribute to whole-school improvement and ethos

Requirements:

• Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) by September 2026
• Strong understanding of the primary curriculum
• Passion for supporting children's learning and development
• Good behaviour management and communication skills
• Welsh speaking would be an advantage
• NQTs welcome to apply
