Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons across the Key Stage 2 curriculum, meeting the needs of all learners.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning and personal growth.
• Accurately assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of pupils.
• Manage pupil behaviour effectively, promoting a culture of respect, collaboration, and mutual understanding.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding pupil progress and school activities.

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching Key Stage 2 students is essential.
• A strong understanding of child development and effective pedagogical approaches.
• Excellent classroom management skills and a passion for fostering a love of learning.
