Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans across the curriculum for a designated primary year group, adhering to national educational standards.
• Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of pupils, providing constructive feedback.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages participation, respect, and a love for learning.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support pupil welfare and academic achievement.
• Integrate educational technology and diverse teaching methodologies to cater to various learning styles.

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Proven experience in teaching primary-level students, with a strong understanding of the relevant curriculum frameworks.
• Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate young learners.
• Proficiency in using digital tools for teaching and learning, and a commitment to professional development.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills are essential.
