Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons to primary-aged pupils, adhering to the national curriculum.
• Assess, monitor, and record pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
• Create a positive, stimulating, and safe classroom environment that promotes effective learning and well-being.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support the holistic development of each child.
• Participate in professional development activities and contribute to the wider school community.

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Proven experience of teaching within the primary education sector.
• A strong understanding of child development and effective pedagogical approaches.
• Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate pupils.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to collaborative working.
