The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and classroom activities. Work with pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups. Help children develop confidence, independence, and a love of learning. Support pupils with varying abilities and learning needs. Assist in maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment. Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in lessons. Support the academic, social, and emotional development of students.

What We're Looking For

We are keen to hear from candidates who:

Have experience working with children or young people. Are patient, caring, and adaptable. Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. Can build positive relationships with pupils and staff. Have a genuine interest in education and child development. Hold a Teaching Assistant qualification or relevant experience (desirable but not essential).
