Primary SEN Learning Support Assistant — 1:1 Impact (ASAP)

Protocol Education is seeking a nurturing Learning Support Assistant to support children with additional needs in Primary SEN settings across Bristol and North Somerset. You’ll work 1:1 or in small groups with pupils aged 4–11, using structure and encouragement to help them access learning.

Ideal candidates will have experience in schools or youth settings, be calm and empathetic in SEN/SEMH environments, and able to follow a structured plan while using their initiative.
