Primary SEN Learning Support Assistant (LSA) | Bristol & North Somerset | ASAP Start

Protocol Education is looking for nurturing and proactive Learning Support Assistants to support children with additional needs in Primary SEN settings across Bristol and North Somerset . Whether it’s autism, ADHD, sensory needs or social-emotional challenges—you’ll be making a daily difference in the lives of pupils who need a little extra help to shine.
About the Role:
1:1 or small group support for pupils aged 4–11
Helping children access learning through structure and encouragement
Supporting regulation, routine, and confidence-building
Working closely with teachers and therapists to create positive outcomes
We’d Love to Hear From You If You:
Have experience in schools, youth work, care or support settings
Are calm, empathetic, and confident in SEN/SEMH environments
Can use your initiative while following a structured plan
Are available full-time or part-time, term time only

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
