Primary SEN LSA - Nurture & Inspire Young Learners

Protocol Education is seeking an empathetic and proactive Learning Support Assistant to support primary pupils with additional needs in Bristol and North Somerset. The role involves 1:1 or small group support, helping pupils access learning through structure, encouraging regulation, and working with teachers and therapists to achieve positive outcomes.

Ideal candidates will have experience in schools or related settings, be calm and confident in SEN/SEMH environments, and be available full-time
