Primary Supply Teacher – Selly Oak and Northfield areas

Monarch Education is currently recruiting enthusiastic and adaptable Primary Supply Teachers to work across a variety of welcoming and supportive primary schools throughout Selly Oak and Northfield and South Birmingham.

The Role

As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2
• Follow school planning and ensure continuity of learning
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively
• Adapt quickly to different school settings
• Build positive relationships with pupils and staff

We offer both day-to-day supply and long-term positions, giving you the flexibility to work around your lifestyle and career goals.

What We’re Looking For

To be considered for this role, you will need:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
• Recent experience teaching within a primary school setting
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• A flexible and professional approach
• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
• The right to work in the UK
