The Role

• Delivering engaging lessons across the primary curriculum
• Planning and adapting lessons to meet pupil needs
• Supporting positive behaviour and classroom routines
• Assessing pupil progress and providing feedback
• Creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
• Working with teaching assistants and wider school staff
• Supporting pupils with different abilities and learning needs
• Maintaining high expectations for behaviour and attainment

The Ideal Candidate:

• Holds QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification
• Has recent experience teaching within a primary school
• Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum
• Confident classroom management skills
• Able to adapt quickly to different school environments
• Reliable, professional, and enthusiastic
• Passionate about supporting pupil progress
